PHASE I: Foundation/Pre-Pour Inspection
This occurs before the concrete slab is poured, focusing on foundation depths, plumbing penetrations, reinforcement, and vapor barriers.

PHASE II: Pre-Drywall Inspection
Performed after framing and before insulation and drywall are installed, this phase checks structural, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

PHASE III: Final Inspection / New Home Inspection
Takes place once the home is completed. Included is a "blue tape marking service" marking all imperfections we find for builder to touch-up or repair. We ensuring all systems and components are properly installed and functioning before final walk-through of your new home.

11-Month / 1 Year Warranty Inspection:
A post-construction inspection, done before the builder's warranty expires, to catch any defects or mechanical issues.
